Atrial Simulator

Atrial simulator imitates an ex vivo experiment using the atrium of a guinea pig. It simulates an increase and decrease in heart rate and contraction/relaxation of the cardiac muscle, that are observed when adrenaline, acetylcholine, propranolol, atropine, g-strophanthin are added to atrium.

Blood Pressure Simulator (BPS)

BPS simulates the response to adrenaline, acetylcholine, propranolol, atropine, noradrenaline, isoprenaline, phentolamine, phenylephrine, angiotensin II, losartan when these drugs are injected from a rat vein. BPS also simulates adrenaline reversal.

Ileal Simulator

Ileal simulator imitates an ex vivo experiment using an ileal of guinea pig. Responses to acetylcholine, atropine, histamine, papaverine, serotonin, ondansetron, chlorpheniramine, mosapride can be observed in this simulator.
